| 摘要 |
随着全球化进程的加速,全球胜任力已成为高等教育的重要培养目标。本文探讨了如何在大学英语课程中有效提升学生的全球胜任力,重点关注跨文化交流、批判性思维和全球责任感的培养,旨在帮助学生拓展国际视野,增强社会责任感。通过分析课程设计、教学方法、教师素养和评估体系,提出了若干具体的培养路径,包括将全球议题融入课程内容、实施项目式学习与讨论式教学、提升教师的全球素养,以及构建多元化的评估机制等。这些路径为高等教育中全球胜任力的培养提供了理论支持与实践指导,为提升学生的全球适应力和竞争力提供了可行的策略。

| Abstract |
The acceleration of globalization has made global competence an important educational goal in higher education. This paper explores effective ways to enhance global competence in college English courses, focusing on developing cross-cultural communication, critical thinking, and global responsibility to help students broaden their international perspective and strengthen their sense of social responsibility. Through analyzing course design, teaching strategies, teacher competence, and assessment systems, the paper proposes specific approaches including integrating global issues, implementing project-based and discussion-based teaching, strengthening teachers global literacy, and constructing diversified assessment mechanisms. This research provides theoretical foundation and practical guidance for developing global competence in higher education.
