摘要
在当今数字化浪潮的席卷下,生成式人工智能(GAI)正以前所未有的深度与广度融入高校英语教学领域,对教师的技术 - 教学 - 内容知识(TPACK)能力产生了极为深刻的影响,推动着这一能力的重构进程。本文基于 TPACK 理论,分析传统框架在 GAI 时代的适用性与局限,阐述教师 TPACK 能力的时代需求。传统框架虽为教师整合技术与教学提供了一定的理论指引,但在快速迭代的 GAI 技术面前,其对技术动态更新的关注度不足,在应对复杂教学情境和多样化学生需求时,知识整合的深度与广度也难以满足实际教学需要。研究表明,GAI 促使教师在技术、教学法、学科知识维度实现重构,但也面临多维知识整合复杂、认知负荷重、身份认同受冲击等困境。通过强化专业培训、推动教学实践、鼓励合作交流及构建激励机制等路径,有望提升教师 TPACK 能力,顺应教育信息化趋势,提升高校英语教学质量。
Abstract
In the current digital wave, generative artificial intelligence (GAI) is integrating into the field of college English teaching with unprecedented depth and breadth. It has a profound impact on teachers Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) competence, driving the reconstruction process of this competence. Based on the TPACK theory, this paper analyzes the applicability and limitations of the traditional framework in the GAI era and elaborates on the contemporary requirements for teachers TPACK competence. Although the traditional framework provides some theoretical guidance for teachers to integrate technology and teaching, in the face of rapidly evolving GAI technology, it pays insufficient attention to the dynamic update of technology. Moreover, when dealing with complex teaching situations and diverse student needs, the depth and breadth of knowledge integration in the traditional framework are difficult to meet the actual teaching requirements. The research shows that GAI prompts teachers to reconstruct their competence in the dimensions of technology, teaching methods, and subject knowledge. However, they also face challenges such as complex multi - dimensional knowledge integration, heavy cognitive load, and identity crises. By strengthening professional training, promoting teaching practice, encouraging cooperation and communication, and constructing an incentive mechanism, it is expected to enhance teachers TPACK competence, adapt to the trend of educational informatization, and improve the quality of college English teaching.
