| 摘要 |
本文以阿根廷为研究对象,结合祝智庭的教育数字化转型动因模型,从社会文化变迁、技术革新动力、国家政策主导和教育内生发展四个维度系统分析了阿根廷高等教育数字化转型的驱动机制,并梳理了该国高校在政策引导、科技赋能、教学改革与国际合作等方面的主要实践路径。在取得初步成效的同时,阿根廷作为南方国家代表,在数字化战略统筹、教育资源公平、教师能力提升以及人工智能治理等方面仍面临现实挑战。基于这些经验与困境,本文提出中国在推进高等教育数字化进程中应注重统筹规划、补齐区域差距、强化师资培训,并加快建立数字治理体系,以提升整体转型成效。

| Abstract |
This article takes Argentina as a case study and, drawing on Zhu Zhiting’s model of educational digital transformation, systematically analyzes the driving mechanisms behind Argentina’s digital transformation in higher education from four dimensions: socio-cultural change, technological innovation, national policy leadership, and internal educational development. It further reviews the main implementation strategies adopted by Argentine universities in areas such as policy guidance, technological empowerment, teaching reform, and international cooperation. While initial progress has been made, Argentina—as a representative of the Global South—still faces significant challenges in strategic planning, equitable access to educational resources, teacher capacity building, and artificial intelligence governance. Based on these experiences and challenges, this article proposes that China should emphasize holistic planning, bridge regional disparities, strengthen teacher training, and accelerate the establishment of a digital governance framework to enhance the effectiveness of its higher education digital transformation.
