| 摘要 |
工程管理专业是新工科背景下土木类改革的一大重点专业，其为新工科新人才培养中发挥了重要的作用。本文针对当前工程管理专业的现状总结了当前工程管理专业在教学内容、教学方式、教学形式、跨学科教学方面存在的问题，并针对四类问题从提出了符合当前新工科发展趋势的改革措施，引导工程管理专业课程的创新改革。本文旨在为工程管理专业在新工科背景下不断进步提供建议，为高校工程管理专业的教学改革提供参考。

| Abstract |
Engineering management major is a major focus of civil engineering reform under the background of emerging engineering education, which plays an important role in the cultivation of new talents for emerging engineering education. This paper summarises the current problems in teaching content, teaching method, teaching form and interdisciplinary teaching of engineering management profession for the current status of engineering management profession and puts forward reform measures in line with the current development trend of the new engineering discipline for the four types of problems, guiding the innovation and reform of engineering management professional courses. The purpose of this paper is to provide suggestions for the continuous progress of engineering management under the background of emerging engineering education, and to provide reference for the teaching reform of engineering management in colleges and universities.
