“一带一路”语言服务翻译人才培养的对策探究

摘要
随着“一带一路”倡议纵深推进,中国与沿线国家的经济合作与文化交流不断深化。作为跨文化协作与经贸往来的基础性支撑要素,语言服务领域呈现出人才需求规模增长与素质升级的叠加态势,旨在为“一带一路”建设行稳致远提供人才保障。本文阐述了当前“一带一路”背景下语言服务翻译人才的发展现状,剖析了对语言服务应用型翻译人才、复合型翻译人才及创新型翻译人才的行业需求,并从学术赋能、产教协同、科研联动与文化传播方面提出了几点关于语言服务翻译人才的培养对策。以期切实提高“一带一路”背景下语言服务翻译人才队伍的专业能力和总体素质,大力加强异域文化沟通与传播,不断完善语言服务基础设施,助力“一带一路”建设中的语言互通与合作。
Abstract
With the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) advancing into deeper stages, the economic cooperation and cultural exchanges between China and participating countries have been continuously deepened. As a fundamental supporting element for cross-cultural collaboration and economic engagement, the language services sector is witnessing dual trends of growing demand and escalating quality for talents, aiming to provide professional support for the sustainable development of the BRI. This paper elaborates on the current development state of translation talents in language services under the BRI framework, analyzes industry demands for application-oriented, interdisciplinary, and innovative translation talents, and proposes cultivation measures from four dimensions: academic empowerment, industry-education collaboration, research integration, and cultural dissemination. This paper aims to effectively enhance the professional capabilities and overall quality of translation talents in language services under the BRI framework, vigorously strengthen the cross-cultural communication and dissemination, continuously improve the language service infrastructure, and thereby contribute to language connectivity and cooperation in the construction of the BRI.
