摘要
“岗课赛证”融合育人模式是一种职业教育的教学模式,将工作岗位、课程体系、技能竞赛与职业证书等要素有效融合,以实现人才培养的综合性和实用性。本文通过剖析“岗课赛证”融合育人模式的内涵要义、内在逻辑和高职院校“岗课赛证”融合育人模式面临的问题,从多主体协同、一体化设计、多路径融通、多元化评价等方面,提出改革实施路径与方法,并以机械CAD/CAM应用课程为例,提出具体的岗课赛证融通育人策略。
Abstract
The "job, course, competition, certificate" integrated education model is a teaching model in vocational education. It effectively integrates elements such as job positions, curriculum systems, skills competitions, and vocational certificates to achieve comprehensive and practical talent cultivation. This article analyzes the connotation and internal logic of the "job, course, competition, certificate" integrated education model in vocational education, as well as the problems faced by vocational colleges in implementing this model. It then proposes reform implementation paths and methods from aspects such as multi-party collaboration, integrated design, multi-path integration, and diversified evaluation. Taking the mechanical CAD/CAM application course as an example, it presents specific strategies for integrating job, course, and competition to achieve education.
