心肺复苏（CPRD）作为急救培训中的核心技能，承载着挽救生命的重要使命。随着现代医学和急救技术的发展，心肺复苏的有效实施对提高生存率具有重要意义。尽管 CPRD 技能培训在急救课程中占据核心地位，现阶段的培训效果仍受到许多因素的制约。如何提高 CPRD 培训的效果、加强学员的技能掌握以及确保在实际急救中能够迅速、有效地应用，是当前急救培训中亟待解决的关键问题。本文旨在探讨心肺复苏技能培训的核心地位与教学策略，分析培训中的常见问题，并提出解决方案，以期进一步提升培训质量和急救实战能力。

| Abstract |
As a core skill in first aid training, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPRD) undertakes the vital mission of saving lives. With the development of modern medicine and first aid technologies, the effective implementation of CPR is of great significance for improving the survival rate. Although CPRD skill training occupies a core position in first aid courses, the current training effectiveness is still restricted by many factors. How to enhance the effectiveness of CPR training, strengthen trainees skill mastery, and ensure rapid and effective application in actual first aid are key issues urgently needing to be solved in current first aid training. This paper aims to explore the core status of CPRD skill training and teaching strategies, analyze common problems in training, and propose solutions, so as to further improve training quality and first aid combat capabilities.
