| 摘要 |
开展思想政治教育工作可以提高学生的综合修养,促进学生的全面发展,同时,思想政治教育是高职院校辅导员九大工作职责之一。因此,本文从分析辅导员思想政治教育工作的现状及存在问题为起点,并提出提升辅导员思政工作的对策建议。首先从辅导员的主要职能出发,分析辅导员与思想政治教育工作之间的关系。然后从明确角色定位、创新教育等角度对提升辅导员思想政治教育工作的新思路给出了具体意见。最后从组织多样化教育活动、完善辅导员制度的两个角度对于提升辅导员思想政治教育的新举措进行了阐述。本文对辅导员思政工作的开展提出了可行性的对策建议,为高职院校辅导员工作的推进提供了参考。

| Abstract |
Carrying out ideological and political education can improve students comprehensive cultivation and promote their all-round development. At the same time, ideological and political education is one of the nine major responsibilities of vocational college counselors. Therefore, this article starts from analyzing the current situation and existing problems of ideological and political education work of counselors, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ideological and political work of counselors. Firstly, starting from the main functions of counselors, analyze the relationship between counselors and ideological and political education work. Then, specific opinions were given on new ideas to enhance the ideological and political education work of counselors from the perspectives of clarifying role positioning and innovative education. Finally, new measures to enhance the ideological and political education of counselors were elaborated from two perspectives: organizing diversified educational activities and improving the counselor system. This article proposes feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the ideological and political work of counselors, providing reference for the promotion of counselor work in vocational colleges.
