| 摘要 |
在新课程理念的指导下,现在的小学英语课堂中教师的教学方式在改变,学生的学习方法在改变,课堂上学生学习英语的兴趣提高了,积极性增强了。小学英语教学的主要途径是课堂教学,而课堂教学又是在教学活动中得以体现的。同时心理健康教育也是当前中小学教育所面临的主要任务之一,因此小学英语教学在讲授知识的同时,也要重视对学生进行心理健康教育。本文就如何在小学英语课堂中渗透心理健康教育,渗透寻求英语教学与心理健康教育的最佳结合点,在提高课堂教学活动效率的同时, 培养学生热爱家庭的情感;感受家的温暖和阳光;培养学生坚强的意志;培养学生团结互助的心理品质;培养学生的竞争意识;培养学生正确面对成功、失败的健康心理;培养学生热爱集体等方面进行阐述,发展核心素养。

| Abstract |
Guided by the new curriculum philosophy, the teaching methods of primary school English teachers and students are evolving. Students interest in learning English has increased, and their enthusiasm for the subject has grown. Classroom instruction is the primary method of teaching English in primary schools, which is reflected in various teaching activities. Additionally, mental health education is a key focus in current primary and secondary education. Therefore, while imparting knowledge, primary school English teaching should also emphasize mental health education. This article explores how to integrate mental health education into primary school English classes, aiming to find the optimal balance between English teaching and mental health education. The goal is to enhance the efficiency of classroom teaching activities, foster students love for family, help them feel the warmth and sunshine of home, develop strong willpower, cultivate a spirit of unity and mutual assistance, promote a competitive mindset, teach students to face success and failure with a healthy attitude, and encourage a love for the collective, all aimed at developing core competencies.
