The construction of a collaborative mechanism for ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, as one of the key means to improve educational effectiveness, is of great significance for achieving the goal of "Three-Complete Education". From the perspective of "Three-Complete Education", this paper explores how to build an effective collaborative mechanism for ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. It analyzes the existing problem of insufficient collaboration in current ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges and elaborates on the importance of constructing a collaborative mechanism. Combined with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, the paper proposes paths for building the collaborative mechanism, including measures such as strengthening organizational leadership, optimizing resource allocation, and improving the overall quality of the teaching staff. Specific strategies for promoting the collaborative mechanism in practice are put forward, aiming to provide reference for the innovative development of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
