“思政+”模式在学术规范与研究生论文写作指导教学中的探索和实践

摘要
在“双一流”建设与高层次创新人才培养需求下,本文提出“思政+”创新培养模式,融入学术素养、道德等思政元素,内含“思政+导师分享”、“思政+科研合作”、“思政+互动式课堂”、“思政+榜样辐射”四大板块,探索其在学术规范与论文写作指导教学中的应用。结果表明,该模式显著提升了研究生创新思维、学术素养与学术诚信意识。最后提出建议,为研究生教育高质量发展提供可推广范式。
Abstract
Under the demands of "Double First-Class" initiative and the cultivation of high-level innovative talent, this paper proposes an innovative "Ideological and Political Education+" training model. This model integrates ideological and political elements such as academic literacy and ethics, and includes four key components: "Ideological and Political Education + Mentor Sharing," "Ideological and Political Education + Research Collaboration," "Ideological and Political Education + Interactive Classroom," and "Ideological and Political Education + Role Model Influence." It explores the application of this model in teaching academic norms and thesis writing guidance. The results show that this model significantly enhances graduate students innovative thinking, academic literacy, and awareness of academic integrity. Finally, recommendations are proposed to provide a replicable model for the high-quality development of graduate education.
