【摘要】目的：分析优质护理对CHD（冠心病）病人的心理抑郁、焦虑情绪的影响。方法：选定本院2019年1月至2021年1月住院治疗的104例CHD患者，根据“护理方法的不同”分组，参照组52例患者采纳常规护理，观察组52例患者在参照组基础上采纳优质护理，比较两组HAMA评分、HAMD评分、治疗依从性、不良事件发生率、CCQQ评分。结果：观察组护理后HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于参照组，观察组治疗依从性（96.15%）高于参照组（76.92%），观察组不良事件发生率（1.92%）低于参照组（17.31%），观察组护理后CCQQ评分高于参照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：优质护理可有效减轻CHD患者消极情绪，提高治疗依从性，降低不良事件发生率，提高生存质量。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on depression and anxiety of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: 104 patients with CHD in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to "different nursing methods". 52 patients in the reference group were given routine nursing, while 52 patients in the observation group were given high-quality nursing on the basis of the reference group. HAMA score, HAMD score, treatment compliance, incidence of adverse events and ccqq score were compared between the two groups. Results: the HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the reference group, the treatment compliance of the observation group (96.15%) was higher than that of the reference group (76.92%), the incidence of adverse events of the observation group (1.92%) was lower than that of the reference group (17.31%), and the ccqq score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: high quality nursing can effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients with CHD, improve treatment compliance, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and improve the quality of life.
