| 摘要 |
在国家发展新质生产力背景下，传统的经济统计专业人才培养模式与产业需求的脱节问题日益凸显。本文以新质生产力的本质要求为导向，深入剖析传统培养模式的不足，并通过重塑“三维一体”培养目标，重构模块融合课程体系，创新交叉融合教学方法和优化多元支撑平台，构建一种新型的相互衔接的人才培养模式。本研究旨在为经济统计专业教育与新质生产力的同步发展提供一条可行的路径，并助力培养适应数字经济时代的复合型经济统计人才。

| Abstract |
Under the background of the countrys development of new quality productive forces, the disconnection between the traditional talent cultivation model of economic statistics and industrial demands has become increasingly prominent. Guided by the essential requirements of new quality productivity, the paper deeply analyzes the deficiencies of the traditional training model, and constructs a new type of interconnected talent cultivation model by reshaping the “three-dimensional integration” training objective, reconstructing the modular integrated curriculum system, innovating cross-integration teaching methods and optimizing the multi-support platform. This research aims to provide a feasible path for the synchronous development of economic statistics professional education and new quality productive forces, and to assist in cultivating compound economic statistics talents who can adapt to the digital economy era.
