| 摘要 |
本文以“中国护理研究40年(1983—2023)”为时间轴,梳理“需求—政策—学科—人才”四环联动的跃迁逻辑:1983年本科设置破解人才瓶颈→2004年博士授权补齐科研短板→2015年后信息化与“健康中国”战略叠加,带动中国护理研究从“跟随”走向“并跑”。在此基础上,提炼出“人民需求触发政策创新—政策创新释放学科动能—学科动能反哺个人价值”的思政教育模型,并提供“三段五步”课堂设计,实现专业史与价值观的同频共振。

| Abstract |
Based on the "40 years of nursing research in China (1983-2023)" as the timeline, this paper combs the transition logic of the "demand policy discipline talent" four link linkage: in 1983, the undergraduate program was set up to break the talent bottleneck → in 2004, the doctor authorized to supplement the scientific research weakness → after 2015, the combination of informatization and "healthy China" strategy has driven Chinas nursing research from "following" to "running together". On this basis, this paper refines the ideological and political education model of "peoples needs trigger policy innovation - policy innovation releases discipline kinetic energy - discipline kinetic energy feeds back personal value", and provides "three stages and five steps" classroom design to achieve the same frequency resonance between professional history and values.
