This article is based on the research and practice of the basic medical education reform at Qilu Medical College, which is oriented towards the qualification examination for practicing physicians. Through the construction of a "three-in-one collaborative and six-components integrated" path system, as well as the reconfiguration of the curriculum system centered on the introduction course, eight systems. The courses precisely align with the clinical positions and needs at the grassroots level, innovate the integrated education model of curriculum and ideological education, strengthen the cultivation of experimental teaching abilities, integrate the theoretical teaching content, significantly improve the pass rate of the examinations and professional qualities of students, enhance the teaching abilities of teachers, form an innovative model for serving grassroots medical services in private universities, and provide practical basis for similar institutions.
