| 摘要 |
【摘要】目的：分析压缩雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎期间配合心理护理的临床效果。方法：选定本院2018年6月至2019年10月住院治疗的85例肺炎患儿，均予以压缩雾化吸入治疗，根据“随机数字表法”分组，参照组42例患儿实施常规护理，观察组43例患儿在参照组基础上实施心理护理，比较两组治疗配合度、临床症状消失时间、肺功能指标、家属满意度。结果：观察组治疗配合度（93.02%）、家属满意度（93.02%）均高于参照组（71.43%、69.05%），差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组咳嗽、发热、肺部啰音、气促症状消失时间均短于参照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理后FVC、FEF、FEV1均高于参照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：肺炎患儿压缩雾化吸入治疗期间实施心理护理，可有效提高患儿治疗配合度以及家属满意度，缓解临床症状，改善肺功能。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of combined psychological nursing during the treatment of pneumonia in children. Methods: 85 pneumonia patients hospitalized from june2018 to october2019 were selected to receive compression atomization inhalation therapy. According to the "random digital table method", 42 children in the reference group were given routine nursing. 43 children in the observation group were given psychological nursing on the basis of reference group, and the treatment coordination degree, clinical symptom disappearance time, pulmonary function index and family satisfaction were compared Degree. Results: the treatment coordination degree (93.02%) and family satisfaction (93.02%) of the observation group were higher than those in the control group (71.43%, 69.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The time of disappearance of cough, fever, lung rale and shortness of breath symptom in observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). The difference of FVC, FEF and FEV1 in observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: psychological nursing can effectively improve the cooperation degree and family satisfaction, alleviate clinical symptoms and improve lung function.
