| 摘要 |
[摘要] 目的：分析慢性乙肝（CHB）患者接受核苷类似物（NAs）与干扰素（IFN）治疗的效果及对患者心理状态的影响。方法：将2019年1月—2019年12月接诊且行IFN治疗的40例CHB患者作为对照组，将同期接诊且行NAs+IFN治疗的40例CHB患者作为观察组，对组间心理状态、肝纤维化指标、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）复常率、HBV-DNA不可测率、HBV抗原展开分析。结果：（1）组间心理状态、肝纤维化指标在治疗前无明显差异，P>0.05；观察组心理状态、肝纤维化指标在治疗后优于对照组，P<0.05；（2）观察组治疗1、3、6、12个月时的ALT复常率、HBV-DNA不可测率均高于对照组，P<0.05；（3）治疗12个月后，观察组HBV抗原检测结果优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：对CHB患者行NAs+IFN治疗，可以增强疗效，促进ALT复常，改善患者肝功能及心理状态，值得推广。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the effect of nucleoside analogues (NAS) and interferon (IFN) on the psychological status of patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Methods: 40 CHB patients who received IFN treatment from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the control group, and 40 CHB patients who received NAS + IFN treatment at the same time were selected as the observation group. Results: (1) There was no significant difference in mental state and liver fibrosis indexes between the two groups before treatment, P>0.05; mental state and liver fibrosis indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment, P<0.05; (2) ALT normalization rate and HBV-DNA undetectable rate of the observation group after 1, 3, 6 and 12 months of treatment were higher than those of the control group, P<0.05; (3) HBV antigen detection results of the observation group after 12 months of treatment were excellent Compared with the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: the treatment of NAS + IFN for CHB patients can enhance the curative effect, promote the normalization of alt, improve the liver function and mental state of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
