Objective To analyze the medical value of acupuncture and moxibustion and massage combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy in the clinical nursing program of outpatients with cervical spondylosis. Methods 80 patients with cervical spondylosis who went to the outpatient clinic from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into 40 cases of the control group for routine nursing, and 40 cases of the observation group for acupuncture and moxibustion and massage combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy. Compare the nursing value of cervical physiological curvature, neck dysfunction index NDI, and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in nursing indicators between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After nursing, the observation group had higher cervical physiological curvature, lower neck dysfunction index NDI, and lower traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores, with statistical significance (P<0.05) in the comparison of indicators. Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and moxibustion, massage and rehabilitation physiotherapy for patients with cervical spondylosis can improve the physiological curvature of cervical vertebra, relieve dysfunction and improve clinical symptoms.
