| 摘要 |
目的 于精神分裂症患者中施以常规护理措施、健康教育+时间护理措施，明确时间护理效果，旨在推动精神分裂症护理研究发展。方法 研究纳入2023年10月-2024年10月中综合临床各项检查结果满足精神分裂症诊断标准的99例患者，以随机分配表法安排为两组，对照组与观察组分别47、52例，对照组行常规护理干预，观察组行健康教育+时间护理干预，对不同干预效果进行比较分析。结果 观察组依从性数据值更高、总满意度例数占比更高，P值结果<0.05，统计学差异大。结论 于精神分裂症患者中施以健康教育+时间护理措施，有助于提高饮食、用药、运运动、情绪等多方面依从性以及满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To implement routine nursing measures and health education + time nursing measures in patients with schizophrenia, clarify the effect of time nursing, and promote the development of schizophrenia nursing research. Methods The study included 99 patients whose comprehensive clinical examination results met the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia from October 2023 to October 2024. They were divided into two groups by random allocation table method, with 47 and 52 cases in the control group and the observation group, respectively. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received health education + time nursing intervention. The effects of different interventions were compared and analyzed. Results The compliance data value of the observation group was higher, and the proportion of total satisfaction cases was higher. The P value result was <0.05, and the statistical difference was large. Conclusion The implementation of health education + time nursing measures in patients with schizophrenia can help improve compliance and satisfaction in many aspects such as diet, medication, exercise, and emotions.
