Objective To implement routine nursing measures and humanized nursing measures in patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery, clarify the effect of humanized nursing, and promote the research and development of oral and maxillofacial surgery nursing. Methods A total of 99 patients who were treated in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from October 2023 to mid-October 2024 were included in the study. After each patient was randomly numbered, they were randomly selected into two groups, with 47 and 52 cases in the control group and the observation group, respectively. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received humanized nursing intervention. The effects of different interventions were compared and analyzed. Results The total number of complications in the observation group accounted for less, the P value result was <0.05, and the statistical difference was large. The negative mood data value of the observation group was lower, the P value result was <0.05, and the statistical difference was large. Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing measures in patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery can help reduce the risk of complications and improve patients negative emotions.
