| 摘要 |
目的 分析脑卒中患者行综合护理对其焦虑抑郁状态的影响。方法 此次研究对象取自本院2022年2月-2023年2月，为66例脑卒中患者。分组方法采取随机数字表法，分为参考组、实验组。前者予以常规护理，后者行综合护理，各组均为33例。评估两组护理后效果。结果 经对比焦虑、抑郁评分可见，护理前两组对比差异小。护理后实验组显低于参考组（P＜0.05）。经对比护理满意度显示，护理后实验组（93.94%）显高于参考组（66.67%）（P＜0.05）。结论 脑卒中患者行综合护理能够对其焦虑、抑郁状态起到缓解作用，为此患者比较满意。该方法值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the impact of comprehensive nursing on the anxiety and depression status of stroke patients. Methods The subjects of this study were 66 stroke patients from our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023. The grouping method adopts a random number table method and is divided into a reference group and an experimental group. The former received routine care, while the latter received comprehensive care, with 33 cases in each group. Evaluate the post nursing effects of two groups. Results After comparing the anxiety and depression scores, it can be seen that there is little difference between the first two nursing groups. After nursing, the experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group (P<0.05). According to the comparison of nursing satisfaction, the experimental group (93.94%) after nursing was significantly higher than the reference group (66.67%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for stroke patients can alleviate their anxiety and depression, and patients are relatively satisfied with it. This method is worth promoting.
