Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation in gastrointestinal function recovery after gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods 60 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery treated in our hospital were observed. Groups were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases each by random number table method. The control group received routine rehabilitation intervention after operation, and the observation group added acupoint press-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation. The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative intestinal sound recovery, exhaust gas and defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the improvement effect of serum gastrin and motilin gastrointestinal function indexes was better than that in the control group, the postoperative complication rate was lower than that in the control group, the total treatment effective rate was higher than that in the control group, and the improvement effect of life quality was better than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Adding acupoint press-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation program to postoperative rehabilitation management of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients can further promote postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery, reduce postoperative complications and improve patients quality of life.
