| 摘要 |
目的 探讨优质护理干预在肝硬化伴上消化道出血护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月到2024年1月期间我院收治的肝硬化伴上消化道出血患者共60例随机分为对照组与观察组，每组30例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用优质护理。对比两组日常生活活动能力、止血时间、护理满意度以及生活质量。结果 观察组生活活动能力、护理满意度以及生活质量均优于对照组，止血时间低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理干预应用于肝硬化伴上消化道出血护理中可有效提高止血效果，提升患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in the nursing of liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 60 patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received high-quality care. Compare the daily living activity ability, hemostasis time, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life between two groups. Results The observation group had better life activity ability, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life than the control group, and the hemostasis time was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing interventions in the care of liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can effectively improve the hemostatic effect and enhance patient satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
