人文关怀护理在急性重症胰腺炎患者护理中的应用价值研究

| 摘要 |
目的 分析急性重症胰腺炎患者的护理中应用人文关怀护理的医学价值。方法 将2022年1月-2023年12月内于本院消化内科就诊的急性重症胰腺炎患者74例以随机法分37例对照组常规护理，37例观察组实施人文关怀护理。以护理前后MSSNS负性心理状态、MCMQ医学应对方式护理满意度对比护理效果。结果 护理前，护理指标对比无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。而护理后，观察组MSSNS负性心理状态评分更低、MCMQ医学应对方式更优，护理满意度评分更高，标对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 人文关怀护理在急性重症胰腺炎患者护理中可改善不良情绪，促积极应对疾病。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the medical value of applying humanistic care nursing in the nursing of patients with acute severe pancreatitis. Methods 74 patients with acute severe pancreatitis who received treatment in the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (n=37) receiving routine nursing care and an observation group (n=37) receiving humanistic care nursing care. Comparison of nursing outcomes based on MSSNS negative psychological status and MCMQ medical coping style nursing satisfaction before and after nursing. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in nursing indicators (P>0.05). After nursing, the observation group had lower MSSNS negative psychological status scores, better MCMQ medical coping strategies, and higher nursing satisfaction scores, with statistical significance (P<0.05) compared to the control group. Conclusion Humanistic care nursing can improve negative emotions and promote positive coping strategies in the care of patients with acute severe pancreatitis.
