人文理念关怀护理对白内障手术患者术后康复效果与心理状态的影响分析

| 摘要 |
目的 分析在白内障手术患者的临床护理方案中应用人文理念关怀护理的价值。方法 将2022年1月-2023年12月接受手术的82例白内障患者以随机法分41例对照组常规护理，41例观察组实施人文理念关怀护理。对比护理前后的两组的心理情况、术后康复效果。结果 护理前，两组患者护理指标对比无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。护理后，观察组S-AI焦虑评分更低、CD-RISC心理弹性更高，术后眼压、视力更优，对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 人文理念关怀护理对白内障手术患者有缓解术后焦虑恐惧，提高心理韧性的作用，可进一步促其积极实施术后康复，促进术后康复效果提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of applying humanistic care in the clinical nursing plan for cataract surgery patients. Methods 82 cataract patients who underwent surgery from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (n=41) receiving routine care and an observation group (n=41) receiving humanistic care. Compare the psychological conditions and postoperative rehabilitation outcomes of the two groups before and after nursing care. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in nursing indicators between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After nursing, the observation group had lower S-AI anxiety scores, higher CD-RISC psychological resilience, and better postoperative intraocular pressure and vision, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care nursing has the effect of relieving postoperative anxiety and fear, improving psychological resilience in cataract surgery patients, and can further promote their active implementation of postoperative rehabilitation, thereby improving the effectiveness of postoperative rehabilitation.
