| 摘要 |
目的 分析在对血液透析患者的临床护理方案中应用协同护理干预的医学价值。方法 将2022年10月-2023年10月内就诊的血液透析患者84例随机分42例对照组常规护理，42例观察组协同护理。以Lorensen自我照护能力量评分、SF-36生活质量评分、SPBS自我感受负担评分、CCS医疗信心评分标对比护理效果。结果 护理前，对比无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。而护理后，观察组护理指标相较对照组更优，对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 协同护理干预可促进护患合作和沟通，发挥家属协同护理价值，进一步提高血液透析患者自护能力和生活质量，让其受益。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the medical value of applying collaborative nursing interventions in clinical nursing plans for hemodialysis patients. Methods 84 hemodialysis patients who received treatment between October 2022 and October 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (n=42) receiving routine care and an observation group (n=42) receiving collaborative care. Compare nursing outcomes using the Lorenzen Self Care Capability Scale, SF-36 Quality of Life Scale, SPBS Self perceived Burden Scale, and CCS Medical Confidence Scale. Results There was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) before nursing. After nursing, the nursing indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Collaborative nursing intervention can promote nurse patient cooperation and communication, leverage the value of family collaborative nursing, further improve the self-care ability and quality of life of hemodialysis patients, and benefit them.
