| 摘要 |
目的 分析乳腺肿瘤患者在接受手术后采用化疗期间实施整体护理的成效。方法 本次研究对象为66例乳腺肿瘤患者，抽取时间为2023年1月-2024年1月期间，上述患者术后均采取化疗。利用随机数字表法进行分组，将患者分为两组，每组33例，分别命名为参考组与实验组。参考组实施常规护理模式，而实验组则采用整体护理。通过评估自我护理能力和护理质量评分来衡量两组的护理效果。结果 实验组护理后自我护理能力显高于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组护理质量评分高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 乳腺肿瘤术后化疗患者采取整体护理能够显著提升患者的自我护理能力，提高护理质量，该方法值得推广于临床。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing on postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast tumors. Methods The subjects of this study were 66 patients with breast tumors, selected from January 2023to January 2024. All patients received chemotherapy after surgery. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received holistic care, with 33 patients in each group. Evaluate the nursing effectiveness of two groups based on self-care ability and nursing quality score. Results The self-care ability of the experimental group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing quality score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting holistic nursing for postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast tumors can significantly improve their self-care ability and enhance nursing quality. This method is worth promoting in clinical practice.
