| 摘要 |
目的 分析人文关怀护理在黄体酮治疗先兆流产中的应用效果。方法 该研究对象为2022年4月至2024年4月到医院行黄体酮治疗的先兆流产患者，入选对象共82例，利用随机数字表法进行分组，分为对照组（常规护理，共41例）与研究组（人文关怀护理，共41例）。对比两组的保胎指标、心理弹性及自我效能。结果 在阴道出血、腹痛及腰部不适消失时间与孕酮恢复时间上，研究组均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。在心理弹性评分与自我效能评分上，研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在黄体酮治疗先兆流产期间，实施人文关怀护理的效果确切，有助于缩短症状消失时间，提高心理弹性及自我效能。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanistic care nursing in the treatment of threatened miscarriage with progesterone. Methods The study subjects were 82 patients with threatened miscarriage who received progesterone treatment at the hospital from April 2022 to April 2024. They were randomly divided into a control group (41 cases) and a study group (41 cases) using a random number table method. Compare the indicators of fetal protection, psychological resilience, and self-efficacy between the two groups. Results In terms of the disappearance time of vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, and lower back discomfort, as well as the recovery time of progesterone, the study group was shorter than the control group (P<0.05). In terms of psychological resilience score and self-efficacy score, the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of threatened miscarriage with progesterone, the implementation of humanistic care nursing has a definite effect, which helps to shorten the time for symptoms to disappear, improve psychological resilience and self-efficacy.
