| 摘要 |
目的 观察慢性宫颈炎患者在预见性护理干预下生活质量及不良反应的变化情况。方法 在护理研究开始前完成研究对象抽取，合计根据方案抽取88例本院在2023年10月至2024年10月收治的慢性宫颈炎患者，分入两个研究组（对照组及观察组），对照组患者接受常规护理干预，观察组患者接受预见性护理干预，对比两组患者不良情绪发生率及护理前后生活质量。结果 对照组患者不仅不良情绪发生率高于观察组患者，护理后患者生活治疗也低于观察组患者（P<0.05）。结论 预见性护理干预能够有效降低慢性宫颈炎患者不良情绪发生率，对于提高患者生活质量有非常明显的作用。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the changes in quality of life and adverse reactions of patients with chronic cervicitis under predictive nursing intervention. Methods The study subjects were selected before the start of the nursing research. A total of 88 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected according to the plan and divided into two study groups (control group and observation group). The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received anticipatory nursing intervention. The incidence of adverse emotions and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The incidence of negative emotions in the control group was not only higher than that in the observation group, but also lower than that in the observation group after nursing care (P<0.05). Conclusion Proactive nursing interventions can effectively reduce the incidence of negative emotions in patients with chronic cervicitis and have a significant effect on improving their quality of life.
