| 摘要 |
目的 分析肛瘘手术患者采取围术期整体护理的价值。方法 选取本院行手术治疗共92例肛瘘患者（时段2023年5月~2024年5月），并将其随机划分2组各46例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取围术期整体护理。根据术后疼痛程度、情绪状态、并发症对2组进行评价。结果 观察组术后6h、12h、24h的疼痛数字评分（NRS）与对照组比较均减少（P＜0.05）。观察组干预后综合医院焦虑抑郁量表（HADS）与对照组比较减少（P＜0.05）。观察组并发症总发生率与对照组比下降（P＜0.05）。结论 肛瘘手术患者采取围术期整体护理可明显缓解术后疼痛，改善负性情绪，减少并发症。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of perioperative holistic nursing for patients undergoing anal fistula surgery. Methods A total of 92 patients with anal fistula who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital (period from May 2023 to May 2024) were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 46 patients each. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received overall perioperative care. Evaluate the two groups based on postoperative pain level, emotional state, and complications. Results The pain score (NRS) of the observation group at 6 hours, 12 hours, and 24 hours after surgery was significantly reduced compared to the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the comprehensive hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS) of the observation group decreased compared with the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group decreased compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive perioperative care for patients undergoing anal fistula surgery can significantly alleviate postoperative pain, improve negative emotions, and reduce complications.
