| 摘要 |
目的 研究精细化护理干预模式在胸腔镜下肺癌根治手术室护理中的临床效果。方法 对在本院接受胸腔镜下肺癌根治手术治疗的患者进行随机抽取，抽取时间范围为2024年1月至2024年10月，合计抽取90例，通过抽签方式将患者分入两组，对照组患者接受常规术后护理干预，观察组接受手术室精细化护理干预，对比两组患者各项手术指标及并发症发生率。结果 观察组患者各项手术指标均优于对照组，且并发症发生率低于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 手术室精细化护理能够明显降低胸腔镜下肺癌根治手术患者术后并发症的出现，各项手术指标均较为优异。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of refined nursing intervention mode in the nursing of lung cancer radical surgery room under thoracoscopy. Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent thoracoscopic radical surgery for lung cancer in our hospital were randomly selected from January 2024 to October 2024. The patients were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group received routine postoperative nursing intervention, while the observation group received refined nursing intervention in the operating room. The surgical indicators and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients. Results All surgical indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fine nursing in the operating room can significantly reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications in patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical surgery for lung cancer, and all surgical indicators are relatively excellent.
