| 摘要 |
目的 分析快速康复护理模式（ERAS）护理在食管癌患者围手术期康复效果和生活质量的影响。方法 本次研究对象为56例 食管癌患者，抽取时间为2021年1月-2022年1月期间，上述患者均采取手术治疗。按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中参考组采取常规护理，实验组采取 ERAS护理，每组28例。对两组护理效果进行评价。结果 实验组手术相关指标优于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组生活质量高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 ERAS护理在食管癌患者围手术期中具有显著的效果，能够促进患者康复，提升其生活质量。此种方法值得推广于临床。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the impact of the Rapid Recovery Nursing (ERAS) model on the perioperative rehabilitation effect and quality of life of esophageal cancer patients. Methods The study subjects were 56 patients with esophageal cancer, selected from January 2021 to January 2022, all of whom underwent surgical treatment. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received ERAS care, with 28 patients in each group. Evaluate the nursing effects of two groups. Results The surgical related indicators in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group (P<0.05). The quality of life of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion ERAS nursing has a significant effect on the perioperative period of esophageal cancer patients, promoting their recovery and improving their quality of life. This method is worth promoting in clinical practice.
