| 摘要 |
目的 分析1例多发性骨髓瘤中合并颅内感染中个性化护理的护理体会。方法 收集我院2024年6月18日入院的1例多发性骨髓瘤中合并颅内感染患者临床资料，了解护理问题和目标，通过成立个性化护理小组的方式，并结合患者实际情况，从用药护理、疼痛护理、心理引导等方面出发落实个性化护理，分析其具体情况。结果 患者接受个性化护理后，病情稳定，临床配合度较高，各项治疗措施顺利实施，治疗积极性及满意度良好，护理期间未发生不良事件。结论 个性化护理在1例多发性骨髓瘤中合并颅内感染效果明确，应用价值高，可提高依从度及满意度，促进各项治疗的顺利实施，维持患者健康状态。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the nursing experience of personalized care in a case of multiple myeloma. Methods collect our hospital on June 18,2024 admission 1 case of multiple myeloma patients with intracranial infection clinical data, understand nursing problems and goals, through the establishment of personalized nursing team, and combined with the actual situation of patients, from medication nursing, pain care, psychological guidance to carry out the personalized care, analyze the specific situation. Results After receiving personalized care, the patients condition was stable, clinical coordination was high, various treatment measures were implemented smoothly, treatment enthusiasm and satisfaction were good, and no adverse events occurred during the nursing period. Conclusion Personalized care in a case of multiple myeloma has a clear effect, high application value, and can improve compliance and satisfaction, promote the smooth implementation of various treatments, and maintain the health status of patients.
