| 摘要 |
目的 分析婴幼儿纵隔肿瘤的围术期护理效果。方法 将本院于2022.09月-2024.09月收治的40例行手术治疗的婴幼儿纵隔肿瘤患儿作为研究对象，根据入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组，每组各20例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用围术期护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组采用围术期护理后，其手术指标、并发症发生率、家长满意度均显著优于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。结论 围术期护理在婴幼儿纵隔肿瘤中应用效果显著，可有效缩短患儿住院时间，降低并发症发生风险，从而提高家长满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing effect of mediastinal tumor in infants. Methods 40 infants with mediastinal tumor who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from September 2022.09 to September 2024.09 were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission, 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, the observation group was treated with perioperative nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After perioperative nursing, the indexes of operation period, complication rate and parental satisfaction in observation group were significantly better than those in control group, and the comparison between groups was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing is effective in mediastinal tumors of infants and young children, which can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce the risk of complications, and improve the satisfaction of parents.
