Objective To analyze the medical value of applying high-quality nursing services in the clinical nursing plan of pediatric acute gastroenteritis patients. Methods 70 pediatric acute gastroenteritis patients who visited the pediatric emergency department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were included in the experimental study, divided into 35 control groups receiving routine nursing care and 35 observation groups receiving high-quality nursing services. Comparing the effectiveness of nursing impact based on clinical symptom improvement and parental satisfaction after nursing under different nursing modes. Results After implementing different nursing interventions, the observation group showed better improvement in clinical symptoms compared to the control group, and parental satisfaction with nursing was also better than the control group. The comparison of indicators was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing services in the clinical nursing plan for children with acute gastroenteritis can accelerate the disappearance of abdominal pain, acid reflux, and belching, benefiting the children. The patient had a good medical experience and the parents recognized the nursing services provided.
