正念干预护理在1例青少年抑郁症伴反复自伤患者中的应用

摘要
目的 分析在青少年抑郁症伴反复自伤患者中应用正念干预护理的价值。方法 选择本院北京回龙观医院临床六科正念静观医学中心收治的1例15岁青少年抑郁症伴反复自伤患者为研究对象,对患者采取正念干预护理,包含有定期正念练习、引导和父母建立正念沟通模式、引导患者培养正念态度等。结果 患者于2023年7月17日入院接受治疗,治疗期间情绪较前平稳,没有自伤行为以及自伤观念,和其母亲关系有改善,予以出院。结论 对青少年抑郁症伴反复自伤患者实施正念干预护理,促家属和患者良性沟通,同时可培养患者正念态度,接纳和允许自身疾病,减少质疑对抗,配合治疗,稳定患者情绪。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of mindfulness-based intervention nursing in adolescent depression with recurrent self-injury. Methods Choose one 15-year-old adolescent depression with recurrent self-injury patient admitted to the Mindfulness-Based Intervention Medical Center of Clinic Six of Beijing Huilongguan Hospital as the research object, and provide mindfulness-based intervention nursing to the patient, including regular mindfulness practice, guiding the establishment of mindfulness communication mode with parents, and guiding the cultivation of mindfulness attitude in patients. Results The patient was admitted to the hospital for treatment on July 17, 2023, and his emotions were relatively stable during the treatment period, without self-injury behavior or self-injury thoughts. The relationship between the patient and his mother improved. Conclusion Providing mindfulness-based intervention nursing to adolescent depression with recurrent self-injury patients can promote positive communication between family members and patients, and cultivate patients mindfulness attitude, accept and allow their own illness, reduce questioning and resistance, cooperate with treatment, and stabilize patients emotions.
