| 摘要 |
目的 明确综合护理对宫外孕破裂失血性休克患者的效果，旨在推动宫外孕破裂失血性休克护理研究发展。方法 研究纳入2023年11月-2024年11月中综合临床各项检查结果满足宫外孕破裂失血性休克诊断标准的55例患者，对各个患者进行随机编号后采取随机抽取法安排为两组，对照组与观察组分别28、27例患者，对照组行常规护理干预，观察组行综合护理干预，对不同干预效果进行比较分析。结果 观察组总并发症例数占比更少，观察组临床指标数据值均更低，P值结果<0.05，统计学差异大。结论 于宫外孕破裂失血性休克患者中施以综合护理措施，有助于减少并发症风险，减少临床症状持续时长。

| Abstract |
Objective To clarify the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with ectopic pregnancy rupture and hemorrhagic shock, and to promote the research and development of nursing for ectopic pregnancy rupture and hemorrhagic shock. Methods A total of 55 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for hemorrhagic shock caused by ectopic pregnancy rupture based on comprehensive clinical examination results from November 2023 to mid November 2024 were included in the study. After random numbering, each patient was randomly assigned to two groups: a control group with 28 patients and an observation group with 27 patients. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The effects of different interventions were compared and analyzed. Results total complications in the observation group was lower, and the clinical indicators in the observation group were all lower, with a P-value of<0.05, indicating a significant statistical difference. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures for patients with ruptured ectopic pregnancy and hemorrhagic shock can help reduce the risk of complications and decrease the duration of clinical symptoms.
