The PDCA cycle, as a scientific management method, covers four stages: planning (P), execution (D), inspection (C), and handling (A), achieving continuous improvement in work quality through continuous cycles. Refined nursing focuses on patients as the core, pays attention to nursing details, and is committed to providing high-quality and personalized nursing services. The combination of the two is becoming increasingly common in anesthesia recovery rooms. This model optimizes the nursing process in multiple stages. Its application effect is significant, not only improving the quality of anesthesia recovery, but also enhancing patient satisfaction and promoting the standardization of nursing work. However, there are still some problems in practical applications, such as inadequate grasp of concepts by nursing staff, incomplete management mechanisms, and insufficient technical support. Future research needs to expand application areas, focus on long-term effects, strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration, improve nursing models, and enhance the nursing level of anesthesia recovery rooms.
