Abstract
Objective The purpose of this study is to provide routine nursing measures and high-quality nursing measures to patients with postoperative pain in orthopedics, clarify the effectiveness of high-quality nursing, and promote the research and development of postoperative nursing in orthopedics. Methods A total of 95 patients who underwent orthopedic surgery from November 2023 to mid November 2024 and experienced postoperative pain were included in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 49 patients in the control group and 46 patients in the observation group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention. The effects of different interventions were compared and analyzed. Results group had a lower Pittsburgh sleep quality index, with a P-value of<0.05, indicating a significant statistical difference. The self-evaluation scale data for anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower, with a P-value of<0.05, indicating a significant statistical difference. Conclusion Providing high-quality nursing measures to patients with postoperative pain in orthopedics can have a positive effect on improving their sleep quality and negative emotions.
