Objective To explore the effect of pain management combined with short-term psychological care focused on burn plastic skin grafting patients. Methods Sixty patients with burn plastic skin grafting in our hospital within one year (January 2023-December 2023) were randomly divided into a control group and a research group. The control group received routine care, and the research group received pain management combined with short-term psychological care focused on the treatment. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, the pain scores and emotional state scores of the two groups were compared P＞0.05; after nursing, the VAS score, SAS score and SDS score of the research group were significantly reduced, and the results were compared P＜0.05; the nursing satisfaction of the research group was better than that of the control group, and the results were compared P＜0.05. Conclusion Pain management combined with short-term psychological care with focused solution can effectively improve the pain perception and emotional state of patients undergoing burn plastic skin grafting, and the patient satisfaction is higher. It can be flexibly applied according to the patients condition.
