| 摘要 |
目的 探析细节护理对手术室护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法 本次研究对象为66例手术治疗的患者，抽取时间为2021年2月-2022年2月期间，按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，每组33例。其中参考组采取常规护理，实验组则采取细节护理。以护理质量评分、患者满意度评价两组护理效果。结果 实验组护理质量高于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 在手术室护理中采取细节护理干预，能够显著提升护理质量，进而提高患者的护理满意度。此种方法值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the impact of detail nursing on the quality of operating room nursing and patient satisfaction. Methods The study subjects were 66 patients who underwent surgical treatment from February 2021 to February 2022. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 33 patients in each group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received detailed care. Evaluate the nursing effect of two groups based on nursing quality score and patient satisfaction. Results The nursing quality of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting detailed nursing interventions in operating room nursing can significantly improve the quality of nursing and thereby increase patient satisfaction with nursing care. This method is worth promoting.
