Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of evidence-based nursing in patients with perianal abscess after surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with perianal abscess who were treated in the hospital after surgery were selected (sample number: 60 cases; Sample inclusion period: May 2023 to May 2024), based on random numbers, divided into two groups: control and experiment, and the number of observed cases was highly consistent. Routine care and evidence-based care are implemented separately. Collect and analyze the effect of care. Results Compared with the control group (usual care), the experimental group (evidence-based nursing) had higher granulation growth scores, lower wound edema scores, lower wound pain scores, shorter wound healing time, higher quality of life scores (role function/emotional function/cognitive function/social function/physical function/general health), lower negative mood scores (anxiety/depression), higher nursing satisfaction scores, and statistically significant differences (P<0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce the pain level of patients with perianal abscess after surgery, promote wound recovery, help improve the quality of life, reduce negative emotions, shorten the recovery time, improve nursing satisfaction, and has high application value.
