Diabetes is a systemic metabolic disease, and its prevalence will increase with age, accompanied by the risk of complications. Diabetes foot, as a serious chronic complication of diabetes, will weaken the function of patients lower limbs, seriously affect their living conditions and quality of life, and at the same time cause tremendous pressure on patients psychology and family economy. Therefore, an effective management model is of great significance to improve the quality of life of patients. As a new model of diabetes foot management, the co care model is recognized by both doctors and patients. This article reviews the application progress of the common care model for diabetes foot, aiming at improving the effectiveness and accuracy of prevention and treatment of diabetes foot disease, and providing strong and effective support for effective management, treatment, prevention and precision care of diabetes foot.
