| 摘要 |
目的 探究老年冠心病患者心律失常的护理中采用综合护理的应用效果。方法 选取2023年9月至2024年4月在我院收治的70例老年冠心病心律失常的患者作为观察对象。随机分为对照组（35例）和观察组（35例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合护理干预。对比两组患者心功能指标、生活质量评分及心律失常改善情况。结果 观察组心功能指标都优于对照组，生活质量评分更高，心律失常改善情况更好。其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理对老年冠心病患者心律失常的护理效果显著，能有效改善心功能指标和心率失常症状，提高生活质量，能促进患者康复，值得在临床上推广和应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of arrhythmia in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 70 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from September 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into a control group (35 cases) and an observation group (35 cases). The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Compare the cardiac function indicators, quality of life scores, and improvement of arrhythmia between two groups of patients. Results The observation group had better cardiac function indicators than the control group, higher quality of life scores, and better improvement in arrhythmia. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a significant nursing effect on arrhythmia in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. It can effectively improve cardiac function indicators and arrhythmia symptoms, enhance quality of life, and promote patient recovery. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
