Objective To analyze the impact of tracking management nursing mode on nursing adverse events in patients undergoing digestive endoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent digestive endoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected from July 2023 to July 2024. Randomly divide them into a control group and an observation group, with 75 cases included in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received follow-up management nursing care. Evaluate the intervention effects of two groups based on nursing adverse events and nursing quality scores. Results Comparing the incidence of nursing adverse events between the two groups, the total incidence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference between the groups (P<0.05). Comparing the nursing quality scores of two groups, the observation group showed an increase in scores in all dimensions compared to the control group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting a tracking management nursing model for patients undergoing digestive endoscopic surgery can reduce nursing adverse events and promote the improvement of nursing quality.
