| 摘要 |
目的 分析在血透室患者的临床护理方案中应用预防护理的医学价值。方法 将2023年1月-2024年6月内于本院血透室血透的112例患者纳入试验研究，而后以分组随机法分56例对照组常规护理，56例观察组实施预防护理。在不同护理模式差异下，以护理后的并发症概率、护理后的患者自我护理能力对比护理影响效力。结果 实施不同护理后，观察组并发症概率低于对照组，且自我护理能力评分高于对照组，对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 在血透室患者的临床护理方案中应用预防护理可降低患者并发症概率，且提高患者的自我护理能力，让患者受益以及身体损伤降低。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the medical value of applying preventive nursing in the clinical nursing plan of hemodialysis patients. Methods 112 patients who underwent hemodialysis in our hospitals hemodialysis room from January 2023 to June 2024 were included in the experimental study. Then, they were randomly divided into a control group (56 cases) receiving routine care and an observation group (56 cases) receiving preventive care. Comparing the effectiveness of nursing interventions based on the probability of postoperative complications and patients self-care abilities under different nursing modes. Results After implementing different nursing interventions, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the self-care ability score was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of preventive nursing in the clinical nursing plan for hemodialysis patients can reduce the probability of complications, improve their self-care ability, benefit patients, and reduce physical injuries.
