Objective To explore the effectiveness of family centered health empowerment intervention methods in patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia. Methods The study subjects were 56 patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia, selected from January 2022 to January 2023. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The former received routine nursing knowledge education and rehabilitation guidance intervention. The latter adopts a family centered health empowerment intervention method based on the above, with 28 cases in each group. Evaluate the effectiveness of two intervention groups. Results The comprehensive care ability of the main caregivers in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The empowerment ability score of the main caregivers in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The family centered health empowerment intervention method has a significant effect on patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia, which can improve the comprehensive care and empowerment abilities of the main caregivers and facilitate the treatment and rehabilitation of the patients condition.
