| 摘要 |
目的 探讨舒适护理在小儿纤维支气管镜检查中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2024年1月期间，我院接受纤维支气管镜检查的48例小儿患者，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组24例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组则采用舒适护理模式。结果 观察组患儿术后躁动程度明显降低，护理依从性和满意度显著提升，且并发症发生率较对照组大幅下降，差异均具备统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 舒适护理在小儿纤维支气管镜检查中的应用，能有效减轻患儿躁动，增强护理顺从性，提升满意度，并减少并发症，具有重要的临床实践价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To the effect of comfortable nursing in pediatric flexible bronchoscopy. Methods A total of 48 children who underwent flexible bronchoscopy in our hospital from January 022 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 24 cases in each group. The control received routine nursing, while the observation group adopted the comfortable nursing model. Results The postoperative agitation of children in the observation group was significantly reduced, the nursing compliance satisfaction were significantly improved, and the incidence of complications was greatly reduced compared with the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in pediatric flexible bronchoscopy can effectively reduce childrens agitation, enhance nursing compliance, improve satisfaction, and reduce complications, which important clinical practice value.
