【摘要】目的：探讨康复期精神分裂症患者接受曼陀罗彩绘治疗对焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法：选取我院收治的100名康复期精神分裂症患者，随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组在原普通工娱治疗的基础上参加曼陀罗彩绘治疗，对照组仅参加普通工娱疗活动。采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)在参加曼陀罗彩绘治疗入组前、治疗中和治疗后各评定一次。分析评估两组干预对康复期精神分裂症患者焦虑抑郁情绪的改善情况。结果：干预前，两组在PANSS、HAMD、HAMA量表评估结果上的对比，无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；经干预，在第4周和第8周治疗后，研究组得分都小于对照组，比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对康复期精神分裂症患者实施曼陀罗彩绘治疗有干预效果，能够改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of mandala painting treatment on anxiety and depression in patients with schizophrenia in convalescent period. Methods: 100 schizophrenic patients in convalescent period were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group took part in the mandala painting treatment on the basis of the original ordinary work recreational treatment, while the control group only took part in the ordinary work recreational treatment. The Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) were used to evaluate the symptoms before, after and during the treatment of mandura painting. To analyze and evaluate the improvement of anxiety and depression mood of schizophrenic patients in the rehabilitation period by intervention in the two groups. RESULTS: Before intervention, there was no statistical significance in the comparison of results of PANSS, HAMD and HAMA scales between the two groups (P > 0.05). After intervention, the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at the 4th and 8th week after treatment, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of mandala painting can improve the anxiety and depression of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period.
