| 摘要 |
目的 于慢性乙肝患者中施以常规护理措施、PDCA循环护理模式措施，明确PDCA循环护理模式效果，旨在推动慢性乙肝护理研究发展。方法 研究纳入2023年11月-2024年11月中综合临床各项检查结果满足慢性乙肝诊断标准的95例患者，以随机数字表法安排为两组，对照组与观察组分别49、46例患者，对照组行常规护理干预，观察组行PDCA循环护理模式干预，对不同干预效果进行比较分析。结果 观察组不良情绪数据值更少，观察组生活质量数据更高，P值结果<0.05，统计学差异大。结论 于慢性乙肝患者中施以PDCA循环护理模式措施，能够对患者心理健康与生活质量产生积极影响。

| Abstract |
Objective To apply routine nursing measures and PDCA circular nursing mode measures to patients with chronic hepatitis B, and clarify the effect of PDCA circular nursing mode, so as to promote the development of chronic hepatitis B nursing research. Methods The study included 95 patients whose comprehensive clinical examination results met the diagnostic criteria for chronic hepatitis B from November 2023 to November 2024. They were randomly assigned into two groups, 49 patients in the control group and 46 patients in the observation group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received PDCA circular nursing intervention. The effects of different interventions were compared and analyzed. Results The observation group had fewer negative emotion data values and higher quality of life data, with a P-value of<0.05, indicating a significant statistical difference. Conclusion Applying PDCA circulation nursing mode in patients with chronic hepatitis B can have a positive impact on patients mental health and quality of life.
